This thorough investigation is conducted in addition to an in-person meeting to ensure qualified and reliable tenants.

Leasing & Renewals.
We handle all aspects of leasing and renewals, including rent collection (security deposits, late fees, missed rent), issuing notices or violations, coordinating maintenance, and conducting inspections or walk-throughs. Additionally, we manage reporting and handle evictions when necessary.

Accounting.
We provide monthly accounting services that include a Summary Rent Roll, 12-Month Profit & Loss Recap, and Owner Statement, as well as annual Tax Statements & 1099s. Reports are accessible through the owner portal & email. Additional bookkeeping services like accounts payable and bank reconciliation are also available for an extra fee.
